AVEC has established a vibrant ICT centre in Masaka Town, where students and other community members access computer training, internet services, and a range of related ICT solutions. These include electronic assessment and virtual learning, particularly for secondary school students.

Through electronic assessment, students respond to structured, programmed questions either individually or in groups. The system automatically marks their work and generates feedback reports for teachers, enabling timely guidance and targeted support in areas where learners show weaknesses.

To promote virtual learning, the centre develops and reproduces multimedia (audio-visual) learning materials. These resources are made available to students at the centre or accessed on their personal digital devices, supporting independent, flexible, and accelerated learning.

In addition, AVEC provides computer skills training to community members both within and outside Masaka Town, contributing to broader digital inclusion and capacity building.
